How does your plant look?
Looking limp?
Don't worry, a rapid change in conditions can put plants into shock. Your plant should recover when you’ve followed all the tips in the care booklet to keep it in the right conditions. But it can take a few days for it to adjust to its new environment.
Looking squashed?
After they’ve been in the post, plants can look a little flat at first. But once they’ve had a drink and are settled into their new home, they should perk up and look happy again! My plant look different to it's picture
Given these are living things, every plant will vary in size, colour, shape and texture. While we make every effort to show our plants as accurately as possible, there will sometimes be differences - but that’s what makes each one so lovely and unique. The soil was messy in my box
Every effort is made to make sure your plant is packaged with care so that it arrives looking its best. But sometimes a little soil can loosen and spill from it’s pot, creating a bit of mess. This shouldn’t affect the quality of the plant and it's fine to just scoop any extra or soil back into the pot!
My plant was delivered damaged
Plants are naturally fragile. While we try hard to make sure every plant arrives perfectly, very occasionally some don’t like their journey. If your plant, foliage or pot has arrived damaged, please do reach out to our customer delight team below and we would be happy to put this right.
