My flowers are poor quality

My flowers are in poor condition

As our flowers arrive in bud, is it expected for some stems to arrive looking droopy or squashed on arrival as we have explained in detail here but don't worry they will perk up once popped in water.

However, if your flowers have arrived damaged or with any other quality concern please reach out to us below with photos if possible and we will sort for you right away.

Looking droopy?

Don’t worry! We do send all our blooms dry so they will be thirsty when they arrive. Flowers and greenery use water to prop-up their stems, so if yours look sad, they’ll just need a trim, an overnight drink and to help them perk up fully. You can find out more about our blooms here.

Broken or damaged stems?

While we do our very best to protect your flowers on their journey to you, very occasionally they can have a bad trip. Please contact us with 1-2 photos of the stems you’re worried about so we can take care of this for you.
