You can edit your gift message, address, delivery dates and make a bouquet selection for your subscription in your account. You can make changes for either a single delivery or for all future deliveries.
Update Subscription
If you’re the recipient of a subscription your gifter can make the edits or we can if you let us know here (along with your delivery postcode).
*We can only guarantee changes that are made (at least) 48 hours before your delivery date. And this still may not be possible during our busiest times around Christmas, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day. But always give it a try and let our Customer Delight Team know as - no promises but - there might be something we can do
