Can I choose the bouquet/flowers for my subscription order?

What flowers will be sent?

The blooms you receive depend on the type of subscription you have chosen. With our Classic subscription you will receive our florist's favourites and with our Seasonal Subscription you will receive blooms inspired by the seasons for an extra special choice.

Can I choose my next bouquet?

You can also select your next bouquet for both subscription types. Bouquet selection is available from your second delivery onwards. We’ll send you a nudge to remind you a few days before your next delivery is due to ship. Or you can select your next bouquet at any time once the previous delivery has delivered. Just log in to your account.* Once you’ve made your pick, we’ll send you an email to confirm that we have got your selection.

The bouquets you have to choose from are defined by the collection of your subscription, availability on delivery date and whether or not you’ve chosen lily-free. It’s totally free to select your bouquet.

*Your selection window may close earlier at some times of year, like Christmas, where there is higher demand. But don’t worry! You’ll always receive a notification beforehand to remind you to make a selection.
