Common Tracking Issues

Royal Mail delivery is not a guaranteed service. In a small number of cases, it could be delivered the next working day after you selected.
Sent to the wrong sorting office?
Occasionally Royal Mail will send deliveries to the wrong delivery office. In this case, they should arrive on the next working day.
Gone back to the delivery office?
We try and make it really clear to all posties that these should be posted or left safe, however occasionally they cannot do this, so they’ll leave a red card and the deliveries will all be fine even if they can’t be collected for an extra day.
No Time Slot showing?
Time Slots will appear on the morning of delivery for DPD deliveries, sometimes up until 11am, as soon as it’s on the road you should see a guide time slot for delivery.

Why is my delivery to Ireland held?

Goods Held: This usually means they’ve tried to deliver but have been unable to,either an incomplete address or no phone number. When delivering to Ireland it’s really important to always include an Irish telephone number and the Eircode for the property to help the couriers find this with no delays. If you’ve forgotten to do this, just let us know and we can add this or pass along to the driver.

Will you still be delivering to Ireland after Brexit?

At the moment we are not able to deliver to Ireland until the 19th May. We plan to continue our service as normal as soon as the new EU legislations will allow.
